Volume is going down when starting different App

Hi everybody,

I'm using the Spotify premium App on my OPO3 with Android 7.0.
A few days ago Spotify started to automatically tear down the volume when starting Pokemon Go and tearing it up again when I close Pokemon Go or switch to another App.
The Problem just appears with Pokemon Go, other Games or Apps don't influence the Spotify volume.
There is no explanation for this effect in the Preferences of both apps. So does someone here have an idea, how I can switch off this function?

The problem is with pokemon go. Search google and you'll see that lots of folk have the same problem. There is no solution unless they update pokemon go.
