Where is the play in the background setting?

There is a new notification when I open spotify asking me to turn on background play (or something like that, but there is no button that links directly to the phrase used by Spotify. The closest I found is 'Pause app activity if unused' but this hasn't removed the notification. What setting am I supposed to toggle?

Could you share a screenshot of the notification in question the next time it pops up? That way we can get a clear idea of how things look on your end. As for the option, it's usually found in your phone's Settings > Apps > Spotify > Battery, but its location may vary depending on the manufacturer.
