While login to my Spotify account it's says something went wrong

While login to my Spotify account it's says something went wrong

First time this thing happened is when I'm open my Spotify it's say's "you're offline" then I uninstall and reinstall the app, when I login with my Google account it's says "something went wrong". I have good internet.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

We understand you've tried reinstalling the app on the affected device. We'd suggest you perform a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this behavior. You can follow the steps here to do it.

 

We'd also suggest you make sure the app has permissions to run with both WiFi and mobile data,

 

If issues should persist, then we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

  • The make/model and OS of the affected device. 
  • The exact Spotify version you're running there.
  • Does this happen over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using?
  • Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update?
