Why are the songs on my spotify not playing?

All songs on my spotify are not playing. If i search for a song and tap on it, it says "you discovered a premuim feature". And all my Playlists say "your songs will appear here" yet in the top left it has almost 300. songs

Just to make sure we're on the same page, have you already performed a clean reinstall of the app on your device? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article to see if it makes any difference.

Also, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if the issue persists?  If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 
 

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
