Why bother with premium

Hi. I've always been a premium member. However every so often Spotify undownloads all the music I've downloaded for no apparent reason. I have never failed on payments. Now this latest time I have lost a load of playlists which I carefully built up through hand picking songs I like. What's the point of being on premium if just when I need my music, out for a run or abroad, I lose it all. It's getting to the point where I may have to go back to rdio, they have never done this, it needs to stop happening!!!

As a premium user, I have no idea why that is happening. If your playlists were completely deleted, you should be able to get them back using this.
