Why can't I find my play lists after I upgraded to premium membership!?

I upgraded to the premium subscription followed the directions in the help section and now my play lists are gone!! I really only had like one Playlist since I'm just getting started but it was 489 songs!! Please tell me I don't have to start over again!!

Are you logging in with the same account as the playlist? Sometimes it's easy for you to have 2 accounts (a spotify account created with email, and a second facebook account). You may have inadvertantly upgraded and logged in as the account which doesn't have premium?

Can you try logging into your account at www.spotify.com/account? Is it showing you as premium? Also check the recover Playlists section which will enable you to find and recover any lost playlists
