Why do I have to log in every time on my android phone

You should only be asked to log in if you reinstall the Spotify app or, if your device is restarted. 

Just to confirm, are you having any specific issues with the app? We'll see what we can suggest 🙂

It is a problem since I upgraded my android phone to Marshmallow. It worked fine before. Have tried factory resetting and reinstalling the app with no luck. I have to log in every time I want to listen to Spotify.

Just to confirm, is this happening on other devices too? 

We'd recommend logging into Spotify using a friend's account. Let us know if that makes any difference.
