Why does my homepage never work?

When I press on the icon at the bottom of the screen labeled 'Home', the same message comes up every time 'Sorry, something went wrong. That didn't work. Please have another go. '

First we recommend that you check this article out to make sure there's no internet connection issues.

If that doesn't do the trick, make sure that there's no old cache files causing this by following the steps that's provided in this article.

On another note, do you get the same behavior if you're using a different device?
