¿Why the app delete all the music And albums in S7 edge

I download some albums and the next day all this music are delete. Download again, and again, and again, always found delete the songs... in my S7 Edge.
Is boring and disgusting.

I have the same issue on a Samsung J2, my playlists remain intact, but every so often I will realize that my albums have been deleted. My data plan isn't big, so I rely on downloading albums to listen to them away from home. I hope the issue gets solved soon, I've had family premium for a bit under a month now and it's the only technical issue so far
