Won't let me log in

Every time I try to log into Spotify it keeps saying that I'm trying to log in from a different country and it won't let me do anything after that. I've tried resetting my password but it hasn't worked at all. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app!

Can you try checking your Account page and checking your account is set to the right country?
Also, make sure you're using the right account details as it's easy to mix up Spotify Accounts and Facebook accounts.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
