My Question or Issue

App won't launch 90% of the time, and when it does it's not responding, did a reinstall without any results. Trouble started after last update.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

 

Good job on checking first whether or not a reinstall solves the issue, in most such cases it does. However, could you give it another go with these steps and run a clean reinstall? These ones are more thorough. That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue.

 

If you're using an SD card, make sure to take it out before running the reinstall. That way we can check if that's what's causing the issue.

 

If the behavior continues afterwards, could you share the exact Android and Spotify versions you have installed?
