My Question or Issue

The background effects on the background when you chooze a playlist doesn't seem to appear properly on my galaxy devices. I'm talking about the horizontal lines appearing on the screen. 

if you have an android device, can you check if this happens also to you? thanks alot.

Hey @melon2020,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

We tested this on our end and the background color seems to be working well when using the app in horizontal mode. So first, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article to see if it makes any difference. 

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different Wi-Fi connection? If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

 

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running on your devices to continue investigating the case.
