app waiting for download

My Question or Issue

app had started stopping through songs, crashing etc.  I uninstalled it and now can't reinstall 'waiting for download'.  Found out about clearing cache etc afterwards, now it's too late.  

Googled the patchy streaming and found MANY people with same issue since last update 😞

I need my app for work asap! Really frustrated!  Help?
