artists page not working on win 10

i have been having this problem for a long time.

i have restated 100s of times.(both) Reinstalled spodfy.exe and spodfy.uwp apps. i have cleared all sopdfy data (app data, user data, local and roaming data, and program data).I have even reinstalled Windows and the problem continues

i use the artist page the most so this is a big problem for me. here is a pic of one time i got it to work on a VM. but that breaks some times to

I think you might have accidentally posted this in the Android section, when really it is a problem with the windows application.

Maybe repost this under the Windows category?

Also on topic I would suggest trying to delete any local cache files from local/packages/SpotifyAB folder and relogging if you haven't tried that yet. (But it seems like you have tried that already)
