Samsung s7, can only download music, not play any song from playlist

When I signed out of all my accounts and signed back in, I am now only able to download song from my Playlist, or play radio. I can noongwr just play songs from my Playlist.I'm a premium member and my service coverage is sufficient/works on my phone.

Refreshing skips

All you have to do is exit out the program twice and go back to the station. Then the amount of skips will reset. I dont have any proof to prove this but I know people will try this.
