Spotify wont play

Hi! My brother seems to have a problem where he cant play any song or any playlist from hos android Phone. He has uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. No difference. When he klicks them nothing happens. Help!

Sound is somewhat low on Android app

The sound on the Spotfiy app is somewhat quieter than the sound on my music player for the same songs, and I'm confused as to why. I've tried just about anything, any help?
