Jim Beam advertisement always crashes app

As the subject states, the Jim Beam advertisement always crashes the Spotify app. I am currently using 6.3.0.882. Is this a common issue, or is it something that only I have experienced? Every other ad plays without any issue.

Can't play songs, but can only play on shuffle

I tried the free 7 day trial and after that it doesn't let me play any music, but only when I press the shuffle play is when it could play. Could anyone help out?
