Solved!! Issues playing music

So as listening to my music and an ad came up so I didn't mind. Well when this ad played 4x I turned off the app. Well now that I went back into the app and try to play music the ad is still there, and it won't let me play anything!

why cant we listen to more than one device at a time offline

Samsung S7 "Off line" mode in playlist changed to "Download/downloaded"

Spotify won't close.

Exactly, after i swipe up to close spotify it just keeps playing music and then i have to manually force stop it from the settings. And secondly, the widget to spotify player doesn't work properly but that's the least of my problems.
