Adding local files to my music

Hi! Recently i learned how to add local files to spotify on Android but I have all my music in my music and this sync way only allows me to add local files to a playlist. How do I add it to my music, can I? Thank you!

My personal music on playlists on my android

My music, that spotify added to my library, when put on a playlist will not play on my phone even though that playlist is downloaded on said device. I have a Galaxy S III.

What is ad.bnk and hulkscrobble.bnk?

I have these as well as about 10 more that are taking up space on my phone. I don't understand what any of these mean. I don't want to delete them until I have an idea as to what they are. Please help. Thank you!
