Solved!! Can't reconnect android device after ejecting it

Playlist folder shows up on mobile apps, but not on PC

I have a playlist that shows up on mobile apps (both Android and iPhone), but it isn't there in the desktop version of Spotify. There isn't anything in it, and I would like it to be removed.
