Will I lose my music if I cancel my account for Telco provider to pick up the cost for premium?

You shouldn't do. Just explain when you cancel your contract that you want to remain a Spotify user and they should just disconnect their payment method to your account. After that you'll need to setup your own subscription payment and can continue using the service.
