changed the country where I live, can't login

changed the country where I live, can't login

I used Spotify while I was visiting Australia, now that I'm back in Italy the app says I logged in in a different country and can't login. So I can't use the app itself, do you know any solution?

You may try to do this by yourself by going to https://spotify.com/account/overview and editing your details.

 

If that doesn't work for you, I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify so they can adjust if for you.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link (you won't have to login with this link) to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
