disappearing play lists

Solved!

disappearing play lists

I have tried what spotify suggested to make this situation right but it does not work. I am also paying for premium and not getting that either, I've previously asked for help but I've had no help or response and i'm very dissatisfied and upset.

What have you tried so far? Can you try a clean install using the troubleshooting guide linked in my signature? There's also a seperate section for checking your playlists.

You mentioned that you previously asked for help? I can't see any other posts you have made, so I am assuming you contacted support via the contact form?

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.

If you have not yet contact support about your premium problem,

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

Thank you for this as I have done all apart from reply to the email so I will do that! Thank you

I think you meant to mark Matts answer as the solution so I've done that for you.

However we can try to help. Did you check the link I posted? Have you logged out and back in again etc?
