i accidentaly synced to face on spotify login and now my playlists are gone!

please help!
i had to get the new version of spotify and downloaded it and accidentaly hit "log in with facebook" and now all my playlists are missing 😞 i have tried to uninstall and log on again on the other options but now it refuses my username,and everything exept face-info and forces me to log on with spotify face 😞

It sounds like you either made a new account with your facebook info, or connected the two. Either way if you go onto your facebook account and try unlinking the spotify app from its permissions; exit and then try logging into it with your username as usual. 

I am not sure if this will completely work since I've heard this is not such an easy thing.
