My Question or Issue

A good friend on mine gave me an enormous quantity of music on an SD card, around 80 GB, is spotify smart enough to play them? I don't own a PC/laptop so the desktop application is nonexistent in my case. I can perfectly play all those "local" files with either google music or the xiaomi music applications. If spotify is so dumbed down that it can't play those files I don't see the benefit in paying for the "premium" features. Can it?

Unfortunately, you'll need a computer once to set this up. Perhaps you can borrow one from a friend?

On a computer you can import your files on Spotify desktop and access them on other devices as well. More details can be found here.
