my downloaded playlists keep undownloading and everyday i have to redownload then!

I have a samsung galaxy s4 and the other day i got an error message about my playlists being downloaded on more than 2 or 3 devices or somerhinf. I cannot remember exactly what it said? I have logged out my spotify on my ipad where i have not even dowoaded any playlist? Need help, is there anyway to like undownload all playlidt on all devices as i dont know where else i have downloaded them
