I could just be missing the contact customer service part, but I have looked all over for it.  This is highly aggravating that we cannot send an email to someone and get our questions answered.  I really do not care much for going to a forum and it being the only way to talk or a list of questions and answers. I believe this is very unprofessional. You should be able to contact customer service and get your answer if need be.  You guys don't mind taking the money every month, should be easier to get some answers.

Every now and then spotify quits letting me choose the music to play, like it gets stuck on the one playlist.  I have tried uninstalling so that I may reinstall, but it will not uninstall off of my LG Pro G phone.
