Change phone..samsung s4...now unable to download the app..but have had a spotify account for a long time. .tried VPN...no Joy. .help!!!!!

So Spotify is not available in your country's Play Store?

 

Normally using the VPN to get a different IP address to access the Play Store and download the app works. Using an US IP address should do it. What VPN did you use?
