no push/emails for new albums

My Question or Issue

I dont get messanges for new albums and other stuff. At the settings all are on and i try to set them of and on, but still getin no messenges for new stuff.

Spotify is mot blocked or so, it must be working, but it dosend.

Just to confirm, did you check if the boxes are ticked in the Notification settings on your Account page?

If they are and you still don't receive emails of news and offers, you can try changing your email address to check if that makes the difference.

Yes the are all activ. But now i change my email, maybe its works
