paid for premium now doesn't exist?

paid for premium now doesn't exist?

i paid for premium at the beginning of this month for .99. in my profile it doesn't even show i did..i logged out and logged back in..says i have to pay?...so i redownloaded the app..nothing. even my playlist is gone

is there no way to look up my account to see if it was paid for under a number instead of my username?

If the steps in the thread I linked do not work, there is a link there for contacting support attached at the bottom of the page. Support will be able to look up your account and sort this out. Since I don't work for Spotify, all I can do is point you in the appropriate direction. Best of luck, and let me know if you have any other questions.
