playlist keeps re-downloading

My playlist keeps re-downloading every time I open up Spotify on my phone. What's weirder is that not all of the song are there on my phone, but they are on the desktop. Everytime it re-downloads, the missing songs appear, but then a few seconds later, they disappear again. I've tried logging out and logging back on but still the same thing. What's also weird is that on the desktop, there are 94 songs, but on my phone it says 95.
