playlists lost during upgrade to premium

I activated my spotify premium trial and then when using spotify on my phone my playlists i made on the free version have gone and i've got all my old playlists i had on itunes appearing, i havent been able to check if they're showing on my computer.

You mean the iTunes playlists you imported over to Spotify? I couldn't seem to find any iTunes playlists on your account. However, you should be able to reimport them by clicking on File > Import Playlists > iTunes.

I didnt import any over, and they are really old itunes playlists i used to have too, not the ones i have now, but the main thing is how do i get my spotify playlists showing on my phone again?
