premium account not recognized on phone

premium account not recognized on phone

Recently had a payment issue when changing cards from Target compromise. Finally stopped getting bugged about my payment encoutnering a bank account error on PC version. My phone still shows I have a fre verison though.

How are you logging in? It sounds like you ay need to login with facebook and not a username. Have you tried?

My account isn't linked with a facebook, nor would I want another Facebook just to play my music. IT worked previously until about 2 days ago when payment change occurred.

Can you just confirm what it says under "subscription status" here. If it shows an active premium subscription, try reinstalling the app and double check that you are logging in with the same credentials as on your PC.

 

EDIT: The username you gave above doesn't seem to exist when I search for it in spotify.
