"Add songs" button removed when accessing playlist

My Question or Issue

 Just today, I have noticed that every time I access one of my playlists, the "add songs" button is now gone. I do not know whether it was intentional, or just a bug. Either way, it is a shame they removed it, since a lot of the songs I have added to my playlists were added because of that feature. In the picture I attatched, I circled in red the place where it used to be. Is there any way I can get it back?
