"Import Music Button" gone when I switch accounts?

My Question or Issue

Hey there,

I am kinda confused. I used to use a friends spotify account since he didn't need it and I had the option to import music from my google play music player (sometimes I download stuff so I don't have to switch to soundcloud). Now his premium expired and I decided to make a new account. I still have exactly the same version of the app and when I log in with my new account which is premium there is no "import music button" and when I log in with the other account I get the option again. But I don't want to buy Spotify Premium on the other account just to import the music. I don't have a computer so adding them with the desktop app is not an option for me. Thanks in advance for your answers.
