"My Library" shows no Podcasts & Playlists

My Question or Issue

On my new phone (also newly installed spotify app) I cant see my podcasts and music/playlist on the "My Library" tab. It's the old UI. Also, I can't heart podcasts or artists.
I've tried loging off and in and re-installing the app, nothing works.

I have the same problem but on my pc windows 10. I start Spotify and songs won't appear on playlists and won't play anything. I have installed the last version, reinstalled everything, installed the Microsoft Store Spotify version and it still doesn't work. I also checked the firewall and has no problem.

At Spotify web, mobile and other pc with windows 8.1 I have no problem.

Hey guys,

Thanks for sending us screenshots of the issue! 

Although you have already reinstalled, could you try a clean reisntall? It's much recommended in situations like this. 

@scallysche, could you confirm if you have the same issue on another device as well after you do the clean reinstall?
