"No internet connection available"

Hi all,

My Spotify contact for has not had a response in two weeks, so thought I would try this. My application (android 5.1 on a Motorola 4G) keeps telling me I am offline and no internet connection (I have no selected offline mode in the settings) and even connected to my WiFi there is still no connection. There is no problem with my WiFi as my Samsung Galaxy tab works fine. Have tried uninstalling and everything else I can think of.

Any help to solve this would be greatly appreciated as this problem (while I am still paying for Spotify) is really annoying. Cheers

Yet when I connect and play through my Galaxy tab via my Motorola 4G it now allows the internet connection. But how do I solve my problem long term?
