"Not eligible" for 6months of premium

My Question or Issue

Hello

Samsung have told me that I am eligible for a 6 month trial of spotify premium along with headphones. However when I go and press the payment options, it says I am not eligible. Was looking forward to a six month trial.

Have you tried Spotify Premium in the past, or do you currently have an active Premium subscription?

Also, what device are you trying to redeem this offer on? I’ll take a closer look at the eligible devices on my end.

I have a galaxy a51, purchased just a couple days ago.

I live in the UK. Everything in the terms and conditions apply to me but
spotify already gave me 15 days of *some* premium features.

When I go onto the premium options it tells me that I've tried premium
before, when spotify automatically gives me 15 days for some premium
features.

What should I do?

So if you have tried Premium, even for just 15 days — you’re not eligible for this offer since the offer is only for users who haven’t tried Premium yet.
