I have currently a premium spotify account. For some weeks(!) now the sound on my spotifymusic have been gone. When I start a track, it seems to be playing, as the timeline moves, but there is no sound. There is no problem with the general soundfunction on the phone what so ever, only when I'm using spotify on my phone. Spotify on my computer works fine. I have followed every step on the "[Android] Troubleshooting Spotify". But when I uninstalled the spotify-app (step 5), and turned my phone off (step 6), I couldn't find any of the spotify folders: "com.spotify.mobile.android.ui" on my phone (step 8), so I couldn't delete "them". When I started spotify again, there was still no sound! I hope to get some help with this problem.

When I try to listen to music in spotify, there is no sound.
What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?
(We need to know what you are doing so we can do the exact same to try and get the same error)
1. First I cleared data from the spotify app
2. Then I uninstalled spotify
3. Then I turned my phone off
4. Then I tried to find the folders on spotify that I was supposed to delet, couldn't find them
5. Then I reinstalled spotify, and still no sound.

I expected to hear sound from my music on spotify
