Some spec's: Bluesound NODE2 (connected to hifi); Bluesound PULSE; lenovo laptop with spotify; Samsung S6 edge with spotify app.
Everything worked flawless but since a week spotify connect is not finding my Bluesound node2 anymore (I did delete my spotify app from my android telephone twice and I checked if all the devices where on the same network; they were.). The PULSE is working great on the network but the NODE is not found.
BTW: The bluesound app on the mobile is working with the NODE to play TUNEIN only Spotify is not working. Anyone an idea?!
Hi there, I had a similar issue but it fixed itself when I upgraded to the latest BluOS player firmware and iOS app for Bluesound and re-authenticated my log-in credentials via the BluOS. What versions of firmware are currently running on both the player and your control device?
Thank you for your prompt reply. I checked all the latest software and it looks like this is okay. I can see the NODE2 with my BLUESOUND App and my desktop app. And I can listen to TUNEIN etc. Only in the spotify app it is not recognized. (My PULSE is). Anyone a second idea?
Do you try disconnecting your Spotify account inside the BluOS app and re-authenticating your log in? You can do this under the Settings menu.
Solved for me. I used CCcleaner to delete spotify The reinstalled an old version from here works fine with bluesound node
Hope this helps

Okay all! Thank you for your ineterest and efforts.
Yesterday evening I resetted the NODE2 and after that it all worked again. . . .
Could have tried that before. But sometimes you need to make some and the same mistakes. 😞
Thank you (and still waiting for Soundcloud integration like SONOS!)
I am having a hard time installing Spotify - or the link to Spotify - within BlueOS on an iPhone.
Was working earlier this evening.
BlueOS appears to pull the audio from Spotify and manage the speakers and speaker groups within BlueOS.
BlueOS opens Spotify so I can make a selection, but I can only see two of the three BlueOS devices on the network.
