i can play podcasts but not through my library, error message is Spotify is currently set to offline.

Hey there!

 

Thanks for reaching out 🙂

You can disable 'Offline mode' by tapping on your profile picture -> Settings -> Playback -> Offline mode.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
