spotify won't open

I have Huawei phone and I had to reset it to factory settings. Then I downloaded all applications again. Also spotify. After that it haven't been working correctly. Sometimes it works perfectly and then it throw me out of the application and a messages appears: we are sorry! Spotify don't respond.
After that I am not able to get back in spotify. No matter what I do. Restart phone, internet, download spotify again...  Nothing works

Hi. Could you try a clean reinstall, following the instructions in this post making sure there re no traces of spotify left in internal and external storage before reinstalling.
