spotify won't recognize that I am a premium subscriber on my MyTouch

spotify won't recognize that I am a premium subscriber on my MyTouch

I recently closed the bank account my spotify was attached to, so my premium ran out.  As soon as I noticed I changed my payment method. It shows that I am a premium subscriber again on my laptop but it will not work on my phone! 😠 I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and logout/login and nothing wil work.  It comes up with a box that reads 'Sorry can't play this track. Only premium users can stream on demand on mobile. Radio is always free.'

Hi, if you go to http://spotify.com/account/subscription what does it say? If anything but premium, you will need to re-purchase premium, It is likely that your laptop hadn't recognised the premium-free change.

 

If it does say premium, then log out of the mobile client then log back in. (Go to the Settings menu, at the bottom).
