Hi, and welcome to the community!

Is this with offline files or normal Spotify songs?

You should just be able to go into a single playlist on your Android, and turn 'offline' to on. That should sync that playlist alone.

If you are connected to the Same Wifi as your PC, you may want to check on your PC if you click on your android under the 'devices' tab that it is set to sync music manually rather than sync all playlists.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Is it offline playlists you are trying to sync?

If you don't need to sync local files from your computer you should just be able to mark the playlists you want as Available offline on your mobile device. There is normally an offline slider on the playlist page.

I am just a spotify unlimited user... so i try to sync just local files.

my problem is, that when i try to manually choose a playlist, spotify always 'jumps to' / 'selects' all music... and my complete local files are a little too much for my android device.
