tarjeta SD

Mi sistema es android KitKat, y mi teléfono es el doogee DG310.
Es imposible hacer que spotify guarde las canciones en la tarjeta SD, ni siguiendo las instrucciones que hay en el FAQ.
Además lleno la memoria del telefono a conciencia a ver si así logro que las canciones se guarden en la SD que es de 16GB (libre 14GB).
La tarjeta SD funciona perfectamente puesto que las fotos y vídeos que hago se guardan en la SD.

Que solución tiene? No se podría incluir la opción de elegir donde guardar las canciones?

Thank you very much, when reboot my phone and install the app and start the app, appears this message (see attachment).
My SD work fine, my photos and videos of the camera to store in the SD.
Spotify continue saving playlist in phone memory.
My SD has 14gb free, the phone memory has 2gb free.
