the mobile application does not work

the mobile application does not work

everything works fine on the desktop, but the app on the phone doesn't work correctly. all the data of my account is saved, but the settings are reset, any single track isn`t available to me, my playlists are displayed on the main screen, but they have 0 songs, in the tab my library they offer me to create a new playlist, but it will not be available to me, and this problem is only on the phone . the most interesting thing is that the listening history is displayed correctly (i.e. synchronization with the desktop works). I restarted the phone, cleared data and cache, reinstalled the application, checked all data and payments, but nothing has changed and this horror has been going on for more than 2 weeks. please help me!!!!

Hey @dinaaa,

Thanks for reaching out!
This issue is quite odd. By listening history - do you mean the Recently Played tab of the queue?

If it wasn't for this synching, I would have immediately assumed you're logged in to a secondary account.
As it seems you have not though, I'd like us to learn more about the described behaviour -
Did this start after a specific OS or app update?  Is it present on a different mobile device or just this specific one?

As it seems this is the only troubleshooting step you haven't tried already - we can attempt to remove all Spotify-related data from your device, which should help out in case the issue stems from a corrupted data file. To do so - follow the steps for a complete clean reinstall here.

Keep us posted! We'll be on the lookout 🙂
