unable to download music for offline use

Hello everyone, I'm currently using a Samsung J7 (2016), this phone has a dual sim slot of which I am using both, I noticed that I am unable to download songs when my mobile data is using Sim 1, I have no problems downloading songs using mobile data on Sim 2 or in Wi-Fi mode

Whenever I download songs using Sim 1 it prompts me to enable "download using cellular" but that setting is enabled. I've tried log in / logout & reset phone, note that I am only having issues whenever I am using mobile data on Sim 1

It's a know issue I'm afraid - spotify will only download using the sim2 slot so you'll need to swap the sims over unless there's a sim management tool which will fix this.
