Car thing randomly sets my iPhone volume to zero.

My Question or Issue

This mainly happens within a minute after everything connects and music is happily playing, but it sometimes just happens completely at random. I’ve restarted everything. Super annoying. Any ideas?

It's a good idea to try restarting Car Thing to see if that helps:

1. Click the Settings button on the top-right.
2. Find Restart.
3. Press the dial to select and confirm.

We'd suggest you also restart your phone, log out and log back in to your account again.
