Didn’t receive an order number or email

I recently just purchased car thing because of the sale and after i bought it i went to check and see if i got a confirmation email. I didn’t receive any indication of when i’m going to get it. The payment still went through on my bank account.

I’m still waiting too. It seems so unprofessional and there’s no indication that I ordered a car thing anywhere in the Spotify app. I almost figured I got scammed by clicking on a spoof link but no, I ordered from the real site.

It's been almost a week and I have not received an email it's been shipped. Paypal shows the payment went through.

Sorry to hear you haven't gotten any information about the confirmation of your order and when your Car Thing will arrive. You will get an email with tracking information (which indicates that your Car Thing has been shipped and is on its way).

I'd also recommend checking your spam/junk folders as the email may be stored there. You can search in your email inboxes for "Car Thing is On Its Way" as the subject line.

If you're still unable to locate anything, it's best to get in touch with Customer Support here. They'll take a closer look at this and do their best to help.
