Haven't gotten the Car Thing Confirmation Email

Hey! I just ordered a Car Thing because there is a current discount on them. After I placed the order, I was charged but I haven't received a confirmation email and there doesn't appear to be a way to track it / verify that I've made the purchase on the spotify website. I checked my spam folder as well but it's not there. I also ordered it about 2 hours ago. Is the email normally this delayed and I'm impatient, or is something wrong?

Same here, I ordered a few hours ago.  I got an email from my credit card about the purchase but nothing from Spotify.

Thank you for your replies in this thread. 

We'd recommend checking your spam/junk folders as the email may be stored there. You can search in your email inboxes for "Car Thing" as the subject line.
Make sure also that the email address on your account is correct. 

Could you also confirm that you have been charged for the purchase? You can take a look at your credit card statement to see if there is a transaction.

Hey Elena!

I checked my spam and junk folders and searching my inboxes for 'car thing' prior to making this post. The purchase was also verified from my bank. I did end up getting the email, it was just very delayed. I would make the assumption that the other user, bbcaswell, is also just waiting on the delay since that is what happened with me.
